Property Litigation Paralegal - Norwich
Opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to join an award winning full-service legal firm in Norwich.
This firm is committed to encouraging diversity, collaboration and promoting growth from within and owing to continued departmental growth, are now in the position to appoint an ambitious Paralegal within their Litigation team, with a focus on Property related disputes.
You can expect to work a high-quality, broad caseload of Property Disputes to include (but not limited to) - L&T disputes, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, dilapidations, right of way disputes, land disputes, nuisance claims, trespass, neighbour disputes, lease renewal and rent reviews etc.
Candidates will be experienced in overseeing their own caseload and will be able to work largely unsupervised. For those who hold Property Disputes experience from working a mixed caseload, within the team sits a high degree of experience, and mentorship is on hand to further develop your technical skills and abilities where required. Candidates will be experienced in:
- Preparing court bundles and issuing proceedings.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
- Taking instructions from clients.
- Supporting fee earners with property transactions.
- Attending and supporting client meetings.
- Typing and amending documents.
- Preparing first drafts of documents.
