Mortgage Advisor - £28,000 - £35,000 Base | £75,000 OTE

Your Background:

  • CeMAP qualified
  • 2+ years of experience as a mortgage advisor
  • Proven track record in high-energy sales environments with a history of exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated and driven to rapidly grow your income
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal teams
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills—able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Embrace continuous improvement and adapt to a dynamic workplace
  • Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders is a plus but not required

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with a dedicated case manager and customer support team, allowing you to focus on achieving the best outcomes for customers
  • Engage in regular training, 1-to-1 sessions, and team meetings to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes
  • Prioritise customer feedback and refine processes to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with Operations and Development teams, providing critical feedback to enhance our platform and service model
  • Uphold the companys' core values in every customer interaction, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction
