Your Background:
- CeMAP qualified
- 2+ years of experience as a mortgage advisor
- Proven track record in high-energy sales environments with a history of exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and driven to rapidly grow your income
- Strong relationship-building skills across internal teams
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills—able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Embrace continuous improvement and adapt to a dynamic workplace
- Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders is a plus but not required
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a dedicated case manager and customer support team, allowing you to focus on achieving the best outcomes for customers
- Engage in regular training, 1-to-1 sessions, and team meetings to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes
- Prioritise customer feedback and refine processes to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with Operations and Development teams, providing critical feedback to enhance our platform and service model
- Uphold the companys' core values in every customer interaction, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction
