Mortgage Advisor - £30k basic (£75k OTE)

Your background:

  • CeMAP qualified.
  • 2+ years of experience as a mortgage advisor.
  • Proven track record in high-energy sales environments with a demonstrated ability to overachieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for delighting customers.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to grow your income rapidly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal team members.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills—able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders is a plus but not required.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the support of a dedicated case manager and customer support team, allowing you to focus on delivering the best possible results for customers.
  • Participate in regular training, one-on-ones, and team meetings to identify areas for improvement and highlight what’s working well.
  • Pay close attention to customer feedback and processes, ensuring the best customer service for a seamless journey.
  • Act as a feedback loop to Operations and Development teams as we continuously improve our platform, customer journey, and service model.
  • Embody our core values in all your actions, ensuring a top-tier experience for every customer.
