About our clients and the role:

Swarm Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established, Directly authorised independent mortgage firm looking to expand their team. Our clients have been successfully helping people with their financial needs for over 30 years, and have a large number of loyal customers that need to be serviced.

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you can be based from home, or use the office based in Norwich. You will be required to travel into the office twice a month for meetings. Due to our clients being a directly authorised firm, it means the process is usually much quicker and no commission is lost from the business!

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary £27,500 - £30,000

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
  • Fully CeMap qualified or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated to succeed and provide outstanding client support

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Provide expert advice to clients on a range of mortgage and protection products.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage and protection regulations.
