About the Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing Service, Parts, ARC, and PDI operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic aftersales plan to drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the aftersales team to achieve sales, efficiency, and profit targets.
- Oversee aftersales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
