We’re on the hunt for a Fleet Maintenance Controller to join a fast-paced, busy office environment and take the reins of a thriving fleet.

What You’ll Do:In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of services, MOTs, and vehicle hires, with responsibilities including:

  • Keeping track of maintenance compliance, inspection reports, and administration
  • Managing records and creating detailed fleet files
  • Scheduling maintenance work and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling servicing, MOT bookings, and roadside breakdown coordination
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Answering queries via email and phone
