Due to continued company growth, we are supporting a Norfolk client with their search for an experienced Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all warehousing activities are conducted safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Create and maintain a safe and organised environment for team members, contractors, and visitors.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement teams.
  • Manage the Warehouse team and oversee two warehouses: Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
  • Drive efficiency improvements through strategic planning and collaboration with supply partners, leveraging the Management Information System (MIS) and continuous improvement practices.

 

Required Experience

  • Strong knowledge & experience of working in a modern warehouse environment (manufacturing experience would be an advantage)
  • A valid Forklift license
  • Expertise in transport options
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Proficient in IT, teamwork, organisation, and communication
