Warehouse Team Leader – Outskirts of Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for a leading manufacturer within the food industry to join their dynamic and friendly team.
How does the day-to-day look?
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods (inbound & outbound)
- Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures are followed
- Book deliveries and maintain accurate records using warehouse systems
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Support and serve production and other departments as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Lead and support a small team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
You will have:

- Experience: Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using warehouse management systems for booking deliveries, stock control, and reporting
- Forklift Licence: Must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence
Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00
Salary: £33,000 – 36,400
