Our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing Food Manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled and passionate Shift Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team of Multi-Skilled Engineers. What Youll Do:
- Provide proactive engineering support across the site, ensuring smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, applying your Electrical and Mechanical expertise to resolve issues quickly.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as per the CMMS system to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Get involved in small engineering projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Work a flexible continental shift pattern, including both days and nights.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Engineer in the Food Manufacturing, Beverage, or FMCG sectors (or similar industries).
- A strong foundation in both Electrical and Mechanical engineering, supported by relevant qualifications.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
