Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising our manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation: Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design and Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Integration: Implement new technologies to improve production capabilities and efficiency.
  • Prototyping: Participate in prototyping and testing new products and manufacturing methods.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing process design and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
