R13 recruitment are working closely alongside a fantastic business in their search for an Administration Assistant to join their successful team. Based in Norwich city centre offices, you will provide top tier administration support to all teams & departments within the organisation.

This is a full time, permanent position working 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home 2 days per week. This role is based in Norwich City Centre and offering a competitive salary depending on experience, with regular pay reviews.

The day to day

  • Providing high quality administrative support to the wider business.
  • Monitoring of the email inbox, handling incoming mail appropriately.
  • Handling and distributing any incoming calls in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Efficient handling of incoming/outgoing post.
  • Accurate data entry, alongside maintenance of the database.
  • Reporting of problems & workstate figures accurately.
  • Assisting with general office housekeeping tasks and management of stock levels.

You will have/be:

  • Previous Office Administration experience.
  • Confident in managing & prioritising a busy workload.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good general IT skills.
  • Able to always maintain a professional and courteous approach.
