Administration Support to Purchasing & Surveying Team

We are seeking an organised and diligent Administrator to support our Purchasing & Surveying Team. This role is set until December 2024, with a strong likelihood of extension and potential to become permanent. The position is based in Thorpe St Andrews and offers a hybrid working model with two days from home.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Distribute requisitions as required by the team.
  • Manage filing and organisation of invoices.
  • Send out memos to relevant stakeholders.
  • Raise and process orders on the company system.
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of the database.
  • Take detailed notes at meetings to ensure all information is captured.
  • Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide cover for reception one day a week as part of a team rota.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software for document management and database updates.
  • Effective written communication skills for drafting memos and replying to emails.
