We are seeking an experienced and confident Administrator to join a friendly team.
The role is responsible for providing effective administrative support to the team to ensure accurate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating engagement letters and other documentation
- Managing and organising office operations
- Logging in records received by clients and checking the information is relevant and complete
- Managing, organising, and updating relevant data using database applications
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers
- Maintaining regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
- Adhering to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
- Performing other duties consistent with the grade as directed
- Being self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision, although support is available when required
- Strong IT skills
Skills & Experience Required:
- Advanced organisational skills to prioritise and manage daily tasks and meet exacting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Proven experience as an administrative/office assistant – minimum 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and flexibility to move between different tasks at short notice, with the ability to remain calm and share information in a clear and logical manner
- High degree of IT literacy – to navigate a broad range of internal systems, including competent use of the Outlook suite
- Confident manner and ability to ask for help in the first instance, to assist with problem-solving and enable progression and growth within the role
