R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contract Coordinator to join a brilliant business within the property sector. The focus of this role is the day-to-day management of contracts, ensuring effective communication & administration of all relevant information and that these are meeting performance targets.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday from the company’s Norwich office. Please note this role is fully office-based. The salary offered is up to £35,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Developing strong relationships with client representatives, ensuring consistency in the information provided & gaining any necessary information required for contracts.
  • Sending out necessary documentation and appointment information.
  • Coordinating & overseeing projects through to completion.
  • Liaising with site staff to ensure effective communication of information.
  • Managing complaints, in-line with the company procedure.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, both internal & regulatory.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative tasks in relation to contract, both pre & post work.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Strong administrative & organisational skills, ideally from a logistics background.
  • Outstanding customer relations skills with the ability to develop good rapport with clients.
  • Computer literate with experience of the Microsoft Office suite & file management.
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy in your work.
  • Confident working independently as well as part of a busy team.
