Reed Practice have been engaged by a highly regarding professional services business to recruit an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join the team at their headquarters in Norwich.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a keen interest in and committed to a career in corporate insolvency. As an integral part of the team, you will support and play a part in all aspects of the department’s processes and procedures.

Primary accountabilities will include –

  • Liaising with senior business leaders, shareholders, accountants, legal representatives, and other third parties regarding appointments in both new and existing cases.
  • Preparing bills and maintaining budgets for portfolio of cases.
  • Attending case reviews with senior team members.
  • Preparing dividends and associated paperwork.
  • Reviewing financial records

You will work closely with your team members to develop your knowledge on insolvency and the company’s procedures; maintain an accurate knowledge of your clients’ business; consistently achieve deadlines and be commercially aware of other opportunities for the firm.

  • Have insolvency experience, be it as a secondment from your main post, or within a similar role
  • Have a superior attention to detail
  • Possess outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be confident in your approach, able to identify issues and highlight to appropriate personnel when necessary.

It would be exceptionally beneficial to hold some form or insolvency qualification or be studying (CPI/Certificate in Insolvency)
