We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to be responsible for the implementation of strong room digital filing project for our client based in Norwich city centre.  This role involves the separation of Deeds, EPAs, Probates, and other documents held in our basement or local archive store. The successful candidate will utilise a digital scanning system and our firm’s legal case management system under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
General Duties:
- Perform duties specific to the General Office, including:
- File sorting
- Scanning
- Attaching legal documents to the case management system
- Arranging the collection and delivery of files, Deeds, or any other documentation as required or requested to or from our archive provider
- Any other duty based in or applicable to the Accounts Team
Other Duties:
- Undertake any duty or task reasonably allocated or requested by your line manager, Partner, or Fee Earner.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
- Familiarity with digital scanning systems and legal case management systems is a plus
- Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed
