I am actively recruiting a Project Assistant who will support with coordinating and scheduling of Contractors.
This opportunity is temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 weeks, with the working days of Monday-Friday with the hours of 08:30am-16:30pm.
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
- Responsible for allocating tasks to the Contractors weekly
- Being main point of contact for Operators and contractors with any queries they may have
- Managing email inbox
