We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and communications to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused  individual to support our team in ensuring the smooth running and scheduling of our projects operation. Being responsible for scheduling, managing and expediting the flow of outsourced products to their UK regional depot network, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, and help ensure each customer has a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel up to intermediate level
