Our client is seeking a projects administrator to joint their team to support their contract managers. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator / Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

As a Projects Coordinator / Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Contract Managers with various administrative and project-related tasks. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Contract Managers in the preparation and management of project documentation.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Maintain and update project records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and documentation.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Email management
  • Diary management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
