Our client is looking for a Works Coordinator to provide administration support this role is working 32 hrs a week and they are flexible on how many hours a day you work and what days you work.  They offer free parking; however, the role is 100% office based.  The role is initially for 2 months but could be extended to 6 months and possible longer.

  • Responding to work requests, allocating work to the internal maintenance providers, external contractors, or other contractors in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring and coordinating work requests, for full lifecycle, ensuring satisfactory conclusion and ensuring system information is accurate and current.
  • Providing administrative support in the processing of parts ordering and processing
  • Assisting with the management of the contractors’ performance providing feedback to the Facilities Manager.
  • Provide both telephone and electronic communications to managers, contractors and internal staff to inform and aid timely completion of work orders.
