Summary

We have a fixed-term opportunity for a Welcome & Service Assistant to join our team at Blickling Estate. You'll play a core part in sharing our work with supporters, giving information, promoting our fundraising initiatives and providing exceptional service as part of a passionate team. You'll be driven by achieving targets, having great conversations and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.

The Hours: 4 days per week, weekend work is included

The Salary:  £18,158.40 / £22,698 pro rata

Interview date: 24th September

Reporting to our Visitor Welcome Manager, you'll be part of a team of 10, sitting within the wider Visitor Experience family.

Blickling is a varied estate with so much to offer, you'll have the chance to explore your own interests within this role and there are always opportunities to connect with departments across the house, garden and parkland.

What you'll be doing

Day-to-day, you’ll deliver a fantastic visitor experience. You'll have great conversations with our visitors to find out what they need, helping to ensure they enjoy their day, their way.

With a passion for people, you'll help everyone feel welcome, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.

You'll promote the amazing work we do with our visitors and what their support means to us, highlighting the important role our members play in supporting the Trust, as well as the benefits of membership.
