We are looking for an interim Engineering Manager to join our fast paced food manufacturing company based in the Norwich Norfolk area.

Daily Duties

- Support to the overall engineering manager with maintenance and projects.

- involved with Cap Ex projects within the Engineering department.

- Managing the Maintenance team and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Candidate

- The Engineering Manager will have people management experience within a similar role.

- Coming from a fast paced food manufacturing environment is highly advantageous for the position.

- Must have Engineering qualifications to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
