Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team at their site in Snetterton. The role of the Warehouse Operations Manager will be to control and oversee all aspects of warehouse management including the warehouse facility, customer satisfaction, cost control/profit, health and safety and compliance.

About the job:
- Lead on the full utilization of the IT systems by working closely with customers to improve work flow and efficiencies;
- Evaluate stock management/handling to ensure profitability of the contracts and maximise warehouse space usage to create any additional revenue;
- Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure enough resource is available to maintain the day to day operations;
- Lead on the promotion and delivery of all legislation including Health & Safety, employment law and all relevant company procedures and manage both internal and external audits to maintain compliance;
- Manage the warehouse budget effectively and within the required parameters whilst actively working closely with both existing and potential customers to increase revenue;
- Lead on promoting training and development to improve moral, staff satisfaction and successful succession planning;
- Lead on the creation of a culture of continuous improvement and work with the senior management team to communicate any areas of concern or improvements identified to ensure that the most efficient and effective operation is being maintained at all times.
- Provide leadership and motivation to your team to build an effective and engaged workforce resulting in improved productivity and sustained customer service levels;
