Hales Group is seeking a Process Lead to join our client based near Norwich. As a Process Leader, you will oversee one of the key manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency. You will lead by example, support your team, and contribute to delivering excellence. Your Key Responsibilities as Process Lead will be;
  • Food Safety & Quality: Maintain high standards by adhering to SOPs and product specifications, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, and upholding hygiene standards.
  • Efficiency: Supervise the team and equipment to meet production targets and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Support: Provide guidance, support skill development, and foster positive team relationships while addressing issues promptly.
  • Administration: Complete and submit accurate paperwork for the supervised process, accepting accountability for product standards.
  • Health & Safety: Take responsibility for the health and safety of your team, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance.
  To be considered for the role of Process Lead you will have;
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within food production.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Flexible and proactive, willing to adapt to business needs and support operational goals.
