You'll ensure that the production plan is met efficiently, maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards, and optimising resources to maximise gross margins. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding GMP and hygiene practices throughout the factory and ensuring the company meets all accreditation requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Lead a collaborative and high-performing operations team to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality monitoring systems and GMP, working with the Factory and Technical Manager to pass all relevant accreditations.

  • Health & Safety: Oversee factory health and safety, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and policies.
