Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Shift Supervisors to work in the outskirts of Norwich for an upcoming project, working with a company who aids the transition to Net Zero and help mitigate the impacts of Climate Change by providing carbon-negative and carbon-removing energy solutions.
Duties will include:
- Manage, implement and ensure compliance with site and company safety protocols and procedures
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and plant performance
- Responsible for managing plant isolation
- Responsible for plant operational maintenance and upkeep
- Manage shift personnel
Essential experience:
- Engineering NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical discipline or similar
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems - ability to read system schematics
- Supervisory experience
Preferred experience:
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Knowledge of Safe Isolation and Electrical Safety
- WAH or Confined Space Management
- First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid
- Certified to operate plant machinery, IPAF, MEWP
Shift pattern:
- The ideal candidate will be flexible to work overtime and additional shifts if required, and work days and nights
- 3-4 shifts per weekÂ
- 07:00 - 19:00 AND 19:00 - 07:00
