We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Managerto join our team in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
About the Role
- Coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.
- Lead and motivate a team. Supervise all direct labour as necessary, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.
About You
- Experienced Site Manager
- Educated to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Hold a CITB 5 days SMSTS, First Aid at work or a relevant CSCS Card.
- A strong leader, with the ability to identify and notify development areas across the team
- Ability to motivate staff and colleagues to perform, ensuring standards and specifications are met.
- Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between 5 and 20 million would be advantageous, along with a Construction Industry Training Board.
- Ideally have refurbishment experience.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
