As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing all aspects of the projects. From initial groundworks to handover, you will ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage the delivery of materials.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all homes are built to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
- Handle site inspections and liaise with building control and other regulatory bodies.
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably on housing developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
The successful applicant can expect to receive:
