Role Overview:
Our client is a dynamic, innovative insolvency practice, who are rapidly expanding and are now looking to recruit an Email Marketing Executive to join their Norwich city centre-based team.
This individual will take ownership of the e-marketing function within our group of businesses as it looks to expand further.
We are looking for candidates who are intelligent, ambitious and most importantly, able to embrace the ethos of the business - thinking creatively, being approachable and providing an outstanding service every time.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Mailchimp and be adept at managing complex CRMs to create effective email marketing campaigns. This role will involve close collaboration with the sales team and senior leadership team to ensure that e-marketing efforts align with wider business objectives. You will also monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and optimise strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for inbound sales leads.
- Use the CRM to organise business leads and manage campaigns efficiently.
- Ensure all email campaigns are properly integrated and tracked within the CRM.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.
- Design and implement targeted email campaigns for professional contacts, encouraging business referrals.
- Develop high-quality email templates and content aligned with the brand.
- Monitor the success of campaigns by analysing key metrics such as click rates, open rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive preferred).
- Excellent writing and content creation skills for email marketing.
- Ability to create automated workflows and follow-ups.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
