You'll play a key role in re-engaging talented individuals, identifying job opportunities, and generating new business leads. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Reviewing candidate profiles and identifying matching job opportunities.
  • Introducing clients via email and following up with phone calls to generate leads, uncover opportunities, and win new business.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns.
  • Reporting results and insights to the leadership team.
  • Liaising with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
