Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate enquiries to appropriate specialists based on client needs, coordinating complex queries with senior team members.
- Arrange meetings for qualified prospects, ensuring meticulous coordination and a positive client experience.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and prospects throughout their initial engagement.
- Support both Sales and marketing colleagues contributingto lead generation and email campaigns.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and to nurture relationships.
- Support campaign efforts by enriching client data and identifying trends that aid in pipeline development.
- Coordinate pipeline calls with senior team members, assisting with collecting data, reporting on trends, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members are essential. This role is suited to a marketingprofessional with 1-2 years experiencewith somesales and or customerservice experiencewithin theirwork experience. Passionate about client success and skilled in managing communications professionally and effectively.
