A challenging yet exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced content and outreach SEO specialist to join a brilliant and innovative marketing solutions organisation. The main purpose of your role will be to use your high-level of hands-on SEO knowledge and experience to complete all technical SEO works on behalf of the company’s diverse local and national client base.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday (with hybrid / remote working options available), and is offering a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Creating comprehensive SEO strategies and converting them into actionable project plans.
  • Implementing tasks to execute the strategies and achieve objectives, including technical optimization and outreach efforts.
  • Generating reports on outcomes and identifying future action and potential growth avenues for clients.
  • Utilising your expert SEO knowledge to support others and solve tricky client challenges.
  • Mentoring and coaching others.
  • Ensuring the agency remains up to date with the latest industry changes, SEO trends, technology and challenges.

You will have/be

  • Sound experience in a SEO focused position, either agency or in house.
  • A comprehensive and in-depth understanding of SEO, including on-page and technical practices.
  • Confident across a range of tools such as GA4, SemRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, Sitebulb and others.
  • Experience supporting/coaching others.
  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering substantial increases in organic traffic and revenue for clients.
  • Enthusiasm for forecasting and analysing organic performance.
