Contract Personnel are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media and Marketing Executive to join their Norwich based client's growing team on a permanent, part time basis. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media platforms and paid ads; preferably Google Ads. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and supporting overall marketing efforts.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms - TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and performance analysis. 
  • Create compelling, on-brand content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to different platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyse social media performance using analytics tools, preparing regular reports to highlight key insights and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to support broader marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, content marketing, and brand promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Skills and Desired Attributes:

  • Must be proficient in Meta business suite
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and each unique audience.
  • Abiblity to demonstrate experience managing paid social media campaigns, including strategy, execution, and optimisation.
  • Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and analysis.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Proficiency using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to work from our Norwich office.

You may be required to carry out any other duties as requested by the line manager.

Hours - This role is Part-time, offering 21 hours per week, but could potentially be more based on experience.

Salary is £25k - £30k (pro rata) depending on experience.
