About The Company:

Established in 2012, they provide businesses across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire & Essex with complete air conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

They are currently looking for Service & Maintenance Engineers to join their growing team based in East Anglia.

As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer you will be responsible for travelling to client sites to service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service, Faultfinding and Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
  • Participate in 'On-Call' system to provide our customers with 24-hour breakdown cover. (Phones will be answered by office staff so Callout attendance requirement is minimal.)
  • Complete company documents i.e. time sheets, maintenance reports and job sheets.
  • Provide feedback to company management.
  • Provide a high standard of work.
  • Encourage and assist in the development of junior engineers.

Experience / Qualifications needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • FGAS Category 1 certificate.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • A good knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Able to work as part of and team as well as independently.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude.
