Role Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks for architectural metalwork and structural steel projects.
  • Develop precise design specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.
  • Generate fabrication drawings, assembly instructions, and detailed part drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Collaborate with site and production teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and meet project deadlines.
  • Perform design analysis to verify structural integrity and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Modify and enhance existing designs based on project feedback, cost efficiency, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity on design details and modifications.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and SolidWorks advancements to enhance design efficiency.
  • Provide support during prototyping, testing, and assembly to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Participate in design reviews and assist in troubleshooting during the production phase.
