Job Description:

ARC Group are recruiting for a Team Leader to work in a customer service team for a building services division for our client based in Norwich. The ideal candidate must have experience working on a call centre environment with a good background of property or buildng services. Experience in a scheduling or call centre management background would be beneficial for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Team Leader you will overseeing Repairs Service Diagnostic Team to ensure calls are handled correctly and professionally, achieving KPIs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • As the Team Leader you'll take ownership and answer customer enquiries via electronic mail, phone and face to face at first point of contact demonstrating excellent communication skills and providing first class customer service.
  • As the Team Leader you'll Deal with stage 0 complaints to resolve at the first point of contact and avoid escalation
  • As the Team Leader you'll operate a large range of IT systems to provide clients and customers with information and services to resolve their enquiries at first point of contact.
  • As the Team Leader you'll undertake monthly 1-2-1’s/team meetings to update on performance and any training requirements.

 Skills and Experience:

  • Must have experience in working in a fast paced environment
  • Must have experience in managing a team ideally in a call centre environment 
  • Must resilient, organised, professional and able to deal with a range of people in teams
