R13 Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with an award-winning company who are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing Norwich-based team. Within this role you will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service through regular contact and through finding them the best deals.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week and offering a flexible hybrid working model. The offered salary for this position is £24,000 - £29,000 DOE + Bonus.

The day to day

  • Managing your portfolio of clients through regular contact, making relevant contract recommendations and renewing/securing contracts.
  • Undertaking lead generation and identifying potential clients.
  • Liaising and negotiating with third party suppliers to ensure the best deals possible.
  • Ensuring all relevant administration is compliant with internal/external processes.
  • Creating pricing reports and carrying out data analysis.
  • Providing support on complex client queries.

You will have/be

  • Proven experience within a client support / customer service or first line support role.
  • Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level.
  • Experience creating reports and analysis date.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, willing to get stuck in & become an integral part of the team.

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and/ or Utility Click would be desirable but not essential.
