 REED are working with an established and highly successful beauty company based in Norfolk, recruiting for the position of Account Manager to join their team on a Permanent full-time basis.This is a field-based role, where you will be managing a portfolio of existing clients, along with targeting new business to build new long-term relationships, driving revenue for the company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individual with proven proactive sales experience to join the team.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for the Delivery and Growth within your territory- Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Bury St Edmunds.• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and actively look to grow these wherever possible through consistent engagement and relationship management, promoting products available• Responsible for generating leads for New Business opportunities• Presenting to potential customers through direct communication: face to face meetings, telephone calls and email, on the product portfolio and the reasons why the company should be their preferred supplier• Actively and Successfully manages the Sales process from generating the lead – pitch – close – account management.• Participate in team sales meetings

Requirements:• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail• Professional with clients at all times• Self-Motivated, Tenacious Self-Starter• Approachable with personal presentation- always professional• Enthusiastic when discussing Our Products• Team Player• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Full Clean Driving License

Package:• Salary of £25,000-£27,000 dependant on experience, uncapped commission (expected earnings between £35,000-£70,000)• Car allowance or Company Car• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays• Staff discount on most of the products – incredibly competitive• Pension scheme• Company Phone and iPad
