R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join abrilliant National organisation. You will be working closely with the senior management to develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and facilitate the further growth of the company.

This is a full time, permanent role based in the Banham office, working Monday - Friday. This position is offering a salary of £25,000 (OTE £40,000).

The day to day

  • Supporting the internal sales process, working with multiple departments to ensure a successful and forward-thinking sales function.
  • Working closely with senior management teams to produce and implement successful sales strategies, as well as upselling to existing clients.
  • Qualifying leads, and assisting the operations team with lead generation where needed.
  • Producing sales reports and identifying areas of improvement.

You will have/be

  • Previous business development experience, and a natural talent for sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with both external clients, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solving skills.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of CRM platforms.
