The Role of Personal Injury Claims Handler:

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Claims Handler:
- Validate, investigate, and negotiate third-party Personal Injury claims
- Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively
- Make accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
- Handle claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures
- Assess claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business
- Identify and address potentially spurious claims
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To succeed as Personal Injury Claims Handler, you'll bring:
- Proven experience handling personal injury claims, preferably with an Insurer
- A solid understanding of rehabilitation solutions and industry procedures
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
