• Job Title: Staff Nurse (Band 5)• Location: Kestrel Ward, The Rivers Centre, Hellesdon Hospital, Drayton High Road, NR6 5BE• Team: Norwich Mental Health Ward• Number of Positions Available: 1• Schedule: 3 long days per week, primarily weekdays with some weekend shifts• Start Date: ASAP• Rate of Pay:

• £20 per hour - Days
• £25 per hour - Nights
• £30 per hour - Sundays & Bank Holidays• Remote Work: No

Join our team as a Band 5 Staff Nurse on Kestrel Ward and play a key role in supporting patients within an inpatient setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments• Create and implement personalised care plans• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes• Administer medications using EPMA• Maintain accurate patient records using Lorenzo• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• RMN qualification and valid NMC registration• Experience working in NSFT inpatient wards• Experience using EPMA and Lorenzo• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This flexible position requires availability for 3 long shifts per week, primarily weekdays with some weekend shifts. The contract is for [Contract Length] with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
