What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 5 Staff Nurse on Kestrel Ward and play a key role in supporting patients within an inpatient setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments• Create and implement personalised care plans• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes• Administer medications using EPMA• Maintain accurate patient records using Lorenzo• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

RMN qualification and valid NMC registration• Experience working in NSFT inpatient wards• Experience using EPMA and Lorenzo• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible position requires availability for 3 long shifts per week, primarily weekdays with some weekend shifts. The contract is for [Contract Length] with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
