They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Norwich. As the Office Administrator, you will report to the Regional Studio Manager. 

Contract: Full time | Permanent Salary: £27,000Work schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pmBenefits include:

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee and office support needs.
  • Manage front office tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Handle purchasing for office supplies, stock, and stationery.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team, such as coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and drawings, managing files, and uploading documents to client portals.
  • Assist project leaders with fee and resource management by supporting the Regional Studio Manager in monthly project reviews, using our internal project management software (Rapport) for updates.
  • Oversee facilities management tasks to ensure a well-maintained work environment.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of business procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
  • Provide new employees with onboarding information, including health & safety guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Experience in office management or a similar role within a similar industry - Build, Technical, Design or Real Estate would be highly advantageous. 
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a collaborative approach.
Desirable:
  • Experience meeting and maintaining ISO standards.
