Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the management of properties, including coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repairs, conducting regular inspections and tests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • New Developments: Assist in identifying and evaluating new property development opportunities.
  • Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • PA Tasks: Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of the office, including managing office facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours around 9am - 5:30pm.
  • Option for school hours to accommodate personal commitments.
