Admin Officer

Location: Norwich
Salary: 11.59 An Hour
Working hours: PART TIME - 20hrs per week Monday to Friday (4hrs a day between 08:00 -16:00 to be agreed between the candidate and client)

Responsibilities:

  • Required to amend daily gate lists
  • Create IT forms for those attending site
  • Arranging and assisting with meetings
  • Organising appointments
  • Managing prisoner's Phone details
  • Data input using the phone system
  • Carry out General Administration Duties
  • Uphold a good standard of Customer service skills
  • Communicate with colleagues, family and friends of the prisoners in a professional manor
  • Carry out Telephony work both inbound and outbound


Requirements:

  • Ability to work seamlessly within a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Data entry, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, targeted environment.
