- Support the Head of HR and the wider team to deliver the HR and L&D activities across the organisation
- Process HR and payroll transactions, including new starters, leavers and changes and prepare appropriate notification for payroll services to ensure employees are paid correctly
- Maintain employee and establishment records to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Produce documentation relating to the recruitment and retention of employees including contracts of employment, employment changes, pre-employment checks ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.
