  • Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) / Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support until the end of the year, with the potential for extension or permanent placement.

Our client is seeking an EA PA to come and help out initially until the end of the year, however could be extended or even become permanent for the right candidate.

This role is full time hybrid working with free parking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintain communication with direct reports of Chief Officers and other stakeholders.
  • Correspondence: Respond to enquiries on behalf of Chief Officers and manage incoming enquiries from various stakeholders.

Main Duties

  • Meeting Management: Arrange, attend, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Prioritisation: Manage messages, invites, and appointments.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations for meetings.
  • Diary Management: Proactively manage diaries and priorities, anticipating issues.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in projects or events as directed.

The Right Fit

  • Experience: Previous EA/PA experience at an executive level.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with IT software, apps, and online media.
  • Attributes: Resourceful, organized, multi-tasking, creative, confidential, proactive, professional, and flexible.
  • Communication Skills: Skilled in producing meeting minutes and drafting/editing documents independently.
