Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Plant Operatives/Fork Lift Drivers based in the outskirts of Norwich for an upcoming project, working with a company who aids the transition to Net Zero and help mitigate the impacts of Climate Change by providing carbon-negative and carbon-removing energy solutions. Own transport is essential due to site location. 

This is an excellent opportunity with the potential to be offered a permanent contract. 

Experience required:

  • Must hold a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Certificate - absolutely essential
  • Previous plant machinery experience - preferred
  • First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid
  • Clear and concise communication

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Being the point of contact for deliveries to and from site, ensuring compliance with site protocols
  • Conducting material handling on site
  • Responsible for managing feedstock loading into the SG100.01
  • Responsible for managing Char and skip exchanges
  • Responsible for daily plant inspections

Shift pattern:

  • The ideal candidate will be flexible to work overtime and additional shifts if required, and work days and nights
  • Shift pattern TBC
  • 07:00 - 19:00 AND 19:00 - 07:00 - must be able to work both shifts
