This newly created position reflects the firm's growth, driven by increasing demand from both new and existing clients. The client portfolio you support and manage will be tailored to your strengths and expertise, allowing you to make a meaningful impact by working with clients who will benefit most from your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage End-to-end payroll duties for a portfolio of clients.
  • Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls, ensuring all statutory deductions and auto-enrolment deadlines are met.
  • Handle payroll queries and deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
  • Stay up to date with payroll legislation, maintaining full compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve payroll systems and processes.

What they're looking for:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end payroll, either in a bureau or industry setting (At least 2 years)
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll systems, statutory requirements, and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong client relationships and support colleagues.
