The client portfolio you support and manage will be tailored to your strengths and expertise, allowing you to make a meaningful impact by working with clients who will benefit most from your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage End-to-end payroll duties for a portfolio of clients.
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls, ensuring all statutory deductions and auto-enrolment deadlines are met.
- Handle payroll queries and deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Stay up to date with payroll legislation, maintaining full compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to improve payroll systems and processes.
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in end-to-end payroll, either in a bureau or industry setting (At least 2 years)
- Strong working knowledge of payroll systems, statutory requirements, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong client relationships and support colleagues.
