Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a Not for Profit Organisation who are seeking to appoint a Senior Payroll Officer to join their growing finance division.
Duties will include;
- Lead and motivate the Payroll team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Maintain comprehensive employee and payroll records in compliance with regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll matters to colleagues and managers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for management.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and industry best practices.
Person:
- Proven experience in payroll management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with payroll software systems.
