Reed Accountancy and Finance Norwich are delighted to be working with a client we have a long-term relationship with to recruit for an experienced Payroll candidate to lead and deliver excellence within the payroll team. This pivotal role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll, leading the payroll team, and driving continuous improvement within the department and organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and motivate the payroll team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee and payroll records in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll matters to colleagues and managers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for management.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up to date with payroll legislation and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
